Terms of service
Eligibility
Dogs must be at least four months old, current on all vaccinations, and cleared for physical activity by a licensed veterinarian before their first session. You are responsible for the accuracy of the health and behavioral information you give us.
Booking and payment
Sessions are booked through our online scheduling system and paid for at the time of booking. Prices are confirmed at booking and may change for future bookings.
Cancellation
Cancel at least 24 hours before your session at no charge. Cancellations inside that window are charged a $25 fee. Missed appointments are charged in full.
Access and parking
You are responsible for providing safe, legal parking within reasonable distance of your home, and for ensuring the route between your door and the van is safe for a dog on a leash.
Our discretion to stop a session
We may shorten or end a session at any time if we judge that continuing is not in the dog's interest. This includes signs of distress, fatigue, injury, or behavior that makes safe supervision impossible. Sessions ended on welfare grounds are not refunded as a matter of course, but we will always discuss it with you.
Assumption of risk and liability
Physical exercise carries inherent risk. While every session is supervised and our equipment is designed for canine use, you accept that risk on your dog's behalf. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the session in question, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Media
We may photograph or film sessions for our own marketing. Tell us at any time if you would prefer we did not, and we will not.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your booking is the version that applies to it.
