30 Minute - Weekly Membership
Four 30-minute sessions a month, up to one a week. One monthly price that renews until you cancel.

- Multiple dogs from the same household can share a visit at a reduced rate per dog.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are refunded less a $25 late-cancellation fee. Missed sessions are not refunded.
- All dogs must be at least 4 months old, current on vaccinations, and cleared for exercise by a veterinarian.
- Membership sessions expire at the end of each billing period. You can cancel your membership at any time from your account page. For members, a late cancellation or missed session counts as one of that period's sessions instead of a fee.

About pricing
Is a membership better value than single sessions?
For a dog that runs regularly, yes. A membership sets a steady number of sessions each month, and that repetition is what conditioning depends on. A dog running weekly changes noticeably within two months. A dog running occasionally does not. Each plan's monthly price is shown above, so you can compare it with single sessions.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Memberships are month to month, and you can cancel whenever you need to. Your membership ends at the close of the period you have already paid for. We would rather earn the next month than trap you into it.
How much does it cost for two dogs?
Multiple dogs from the same household share a single visit at a reduced rate per dog, because the van is already there. Up to four dogs can have sessions in one visit, depending on their size.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Before you pay, you see every charge listed separately: the session, any additional dog, any extras you choose and any travel fee. After that, the only deduction that can apply is the $25 late-cancellation fee, which comes out of your refund if you cancel within 24 hours of your session.
What happens if I need to cancel?

Missed sessions are not refunded, because the route and the time slot have already been committed. For members, a late cancellation or missed session counts as one of that month's sessions instead.
What if my membership payment fails?
We retry your card automatically over the following days. New sessions are added once the payment goes through, and sessions from your last paid month remain available until they expire. If you update your card from your account page, we will retry the payment with the new card. If the payment still cannot be collected, the membership ends.
